Cecilia is Chief Operation Officer CARM Solutions AB and Member of Board of Director in AMF Fonder, Euroclear AB, Teracom Group AB, Careium AB
She has previous experience as Head of Asset Management and CFO at Länsförsäkringar AB, Chief Investment Officer (CIO) and Head of Folksam Asset Management at Folksam Group and Head of Treasury at Tele2 Group AB.
Emil is Assistant Portfolio Manager at NCP. He previously worked for four years in the Leveraged Finance team at Nordea Investment Banking focusing on high yield bonds, leveraged loans and syndications across the Nordics. He also performed analysis of sectors and companies for external credit ratings i.e. ratings advisory for LBOs and project led internal credit workstreams. Prior to joining Nordea, Emil worked as a securities broker at Nordnet bank.
Karl-Fredrik is Head of Sales and IR at NCP. He previously worked for Barclays Bank Europe in Paris and London where he was a Director and Head of Nordic Distribution at the cross assets solutions sales desk. Prior to that, Karl-Fredrik worked for almost ten years at Commerzbank in London as a Director and Head of Nordic Investor Solutions. He holds a M.Sc. in Corporate and Financial Management from Lund University, School of Economics and Management.
Jakob is Founder & CIO of NCP and co-leads the portfolio management with Cecilia.
Before founding NCP in 2013, he worked with private equity investments at CVC Capital Partners and Goldman Sachs. During his time at CVC he was co-opted on the board of Ahlsell and Synsam.
Jakob started his career at Credit Suisse in London and has a MSc from the Stockholm School of Economics.
Thomas is CEO of NCP. He previously worked for hedge fund Nyhavn Capital where he was deputy CEO, COO and served as board member of the Cayman Islands based fund, Nyhavn Global Equity Long Short. Prior to that, he worked for seven years as COO/CFO of hedge fund manager Madrague Capital Partners. Thomas started his career at Carnegie Investment Bank where he spent 15 years, ultimately as Head of Operations.

Johanna holds a Master of Science in Economics and Political Science from Lund University.
Pia Hagen is CIO at Volvo Cars Pension Fund. She has a 20+ year career in global finance. She started her career in Investment Banking as an Equity Analyst in London. After moving to Stockholm, Pia began at Skandia as a Fund Analyst, rising to become CIO and Portfolio Manager for Skandia Fonder. From there, she moved to Navigera AB, Max Matthiessen’s fund company, acting as both CIO and Portfolio Manager. She managed 10 funds, among them launching Navigera’s first Sustainable Investment Fund.
Pia obtained an MSc from the Swedish School of Economics. She has also completed studies in Sustainable Finance at the Stockholm School of Economics.
Hans has held various positions within Handelsbanken 1979-2004, including as Executive Vice President Regional Units, Managing Director Handelsbanken Hypotek and Head of Credits Handelsbanken Markets.
Since 2005, Hans has been senior advisor with focus on analysis and action plans for managing financial risks. Main customers have been Handelsbanken, DLL (Rabobank Group) and Scandinavian Credit Fund.
Hans has a Degree of Master of Science in Business and Economics and a Degree of Master of Law from Stockholm University.
Bengt is one of the founders of NCP and is a director of the board.
He was previously Governor of the Swedish Central Bank and Editor in chief of Dagens Nyheter, Under Secretary of State at the Ministry of Trade and Director at the Ministry of Finance, Ambassador at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Advisor to East Capital and SEB.
Gunnar is one of the founders of NCP and is a director of the board and investment committee.
He was previously CEO of Sweden Financial Forum and Sweden Bond Promotion, CEO of Swedish Taxpayers’ Association, Programme Director at Centre for Business and Policy Studies (SNS) and private investor, venture capitalist and institutional investment advisor.
Björn is one of the founders of NCP and is a director of the board and investment committee.
He was previously CEO of Försäkrings AB Skandia and Chairman and board member of a large number of public and private companies including Telia, Industrivärden, Hufvudstaden, Samhall, Com hem, Bravida, Alltele, Svensk Exportkredit.
